Traditional Steak Pasty

A hand-crimped, traditional Cornish Steak pasty which is one of our best sellers. The potato, swede & onion are all freshly prepared & placed onto a short crust pastry ring. A generous portion of diced skirt beef is then layered over the vegetables by hand before our secret seasoning is added.

Mixed Cornish Pasty

Pasties made with freshly prepared potato, swede & onion blended with our special seasoning. All of these ingredients are then mixed with lean minced forequarter of beef. Wrapped in a light short crust pastry case, which is then hand crimped.
