Ingredients Sourcing

Wherever possible our ingredients are locally sourced through a variety of local producers and wholesalers, for instance:

 

Our potatoes come from two companies in North Cornwall, D W Ruby and Tom Mitchell.

Our yoghurt (for our Spicy Chicken pasties) & butter comes from Trewithen Dairy in Lostwithial.

St Austell Brewery provide us with 'Tribute Ale' for our steak and ale pasties.

Mr Meats in Newquay make sausages to our own recipe and are used in our Full English Breakfast pasties and Sausage & Cheese turnovers.

The Cheese for the wide variety of cheese pasties we produce comes from Colyvale Foods in Colyton just over the border in Devon!
