We take fresh ingredients, sourced locally wherever possible, and turn them into a delicious range of savoury pastry products.
From our bakery we make on a daily basis, hand-crimped pasties, sausage rolls, turnovers and pork pies. We also make a range of sweet pasties and scones.

The Pasty is the traditional food always associated with Cornwall. So our Pasties are made in the traditional way from a handed down recipe. Chopped meat, fresh Cornish potatoes and vegetables seasoned and wrapped uncooked in its freshly made pastry case.

Each Crantock Pasty is properly made by hand crimping along the side (so that you can take a good bite!) but the real secret is to have your Pasty freshly baked and ready to eat.
